Добавлен 3 май 2011
hey everybody i'm Perry i've been traveling on and off since 2002 and left England in 2010 with the plan of living away for as long as poss its now 2015 and i'm still going having toured south East Asia lived in OZ ,NZ and France and now on another world tour where we will go to South America once we finally get there as were currently back in Asia and loving it.
I love making Vids and have been making them since i was 18 (1996) but cant really show the older stuff as it was the 90's and i was a bad boy back then and i still dont know how to put old 8mm tapes online :)
i'm currently doing video vlogs as a way of remembering my own adventures and sharing it with like minded people
i also do my building vids as a portfolio to show clients and also because i love building and if yer going to work you might as well enjoy it
Thanks for watching it means a lot to have people enjoy my work

Thank you
Awsome video bro. Great sounding and looking bike. Question. Is the engine noise normal? I am going to get an 07 wr250f and have seen that most have that weird engine ticking noise.
Hello mate, yes perfectly normal, they are fairly bombproof, I’ve had that one 7 years now and have a 2012 model as well and both sound similar, just get the valves checked and give it a full service then it’s play time 👍 Join the wr250f Facebook group as well that’s got a good bunch of people on it.
Another thing turns out mine wasn’t an 07 it was an 05 registered in 07 and it’s the steel frame model so make sure it’s the alloy frame one
Hope your tattoo artist gave you a refund...
Yer a sad cunt who plays video games 🤷♂️ I’ll stick to my shit tattoos you stick to yer games 😂
lovely job ...
Changing the spec half way thru construction…known builders to throw a wobbly over that. 😅 Good job keeping your team busy and coordinated. 👍🏴
It’s a big project and it’s to be expected but hopefully not again 😂
Top :)
Love the media room…just as you say…finding the customer who realise they really need a dedicated AV room restricts you from bringing your imagination to life.
Labour of love that job, need to start looking for more clients up for more interesting projects
Great to see the videos back
Thank you, Craig! All the best from Australia. God bless.
Great to see your videos back. Always enjoy them. Any new updates on your house?
We had to save up 10k to buy the pump to run the UFH, that’s why there’s been no videos and the only other work I could do was in the garden and as it’s been raining since September not a lot has happened, I have lots planned and things are in motion so watch this space
When the weather clears love to see garden progress as you have time. Also looking forward to your new videos. Always enjoy them.
How do you use this to get that rustic finish often seen in chalets? Where you see the grit and some of the swoops from the sponge? Just whack it on and sponge it? Cheers!
You answered your own question, yeah put it on thick like 5mm let it suck in then start distressing it, if you do a figure of 8 motion a few times that’ll bring the grit to the surface then a bull nosed trowel is good for dressing it up
I love the old man's attitude lol
Old Rob, 62 going on 32 he’s hilarious to work with and puts youngsters to shame with his grafting
Absolutely brilliant…watching the professional! But…I’m now going to be an absolute PITA! 😛 Anecdote…you must remember I am an ancient old fart but will still do it myself if I can. Putting the blinking Christmas tree away in my tiny loft in my big house just before twelfth night. Over- balanced and went side ways off my step ladder falling onto the collapsed ladder. Result? I thought I was done for! Badly bruised back, femur, humorous, skinned my elbow and knocked myself clean out. Came around in agony with a WTF moment with she whom must be obeyed. I was a good couple of hours before I could stand up. All ok now. So what’s giving me the willies? You getting tired and taking a step backwards into that stairwell. Yea I know … H&S PITA…be careful buddy! 👍🏴
nice 1 buddy using the brain here :)
Making the demolition process efficient and effective…more to it than sledge hammers. Good one! 👍🏴
One lil window got smashed when a bit of plasterboard fell and hit a broom handle and it typically had to go the way of the window, one radiator pipe decided to leak 8hrs after we disconnected it and left a puddle on the lounge floor but no damage, a few little bumps and scrapes on us so not to bad considering the scale of the job
What type plaster are you using exactly?
We use lutece 2000c which is available from point p or chassoun
I'm tuning back in here bro, you used to play some impressive beats. This Architect approves !
ill add music but have so much to edit i was being lazy....lots of videos coming
Impressive skills!
What a transformation.
Took a while as we started in April last year just doing it on the odd spare day
That was one hell of a difficult and cramped project…well done!
yeah that part wasn't fun and it didn't get much better, there's three parts to this video so ill be uploading the next one soon
It’s going to be like living in the Ritz! 🏴👍
It’s a huge chateau, been there months doing ceilings and walls, next year we’re converting the attic which is vast, hopefully be allowed to film it 👍 lots more videos in the editing suite just waiting to be finished
Just used this video 11 years later, thank you man 🤘
Glad it helped, I miss that lil bike
Great job mate! How long does it take to do all of that?
Depends on your access and ceilings height but you could frame it and board it in a day and plaster it in a day but be long days so I’d allow 3 days to get it right 👍 You going to give it a go ?
@@perry210178 thank you 🙏
Your design and finish are always exemplary…well done and great to see you back! 🏴
Thanks Perry! So glad it’s all done. Great job!
Thanks, lots of videos in the editing suite ready to start uploading 👍
Great to see you back, missed the videos.
Great idea to notch one side of the deadman, I hadn't considered that!
This looks great, not checked in for a while. Looking forward to the summer and getting back to France and beyond.
Never do this ever
This is dangerous and a terrible idea 💡 you always need 2 or more people or you should never attempt this stupidity 🙄
Many things look dangerous to amateurs, yes in an ideal world you’d have it all scaffold out to a suitable working height but that is unaffordable and waste of time on most projects of this size. I can safely lift these boards all day doing ceilings with this technique. Feel free to show me a less dangerous and stupid way of doing it that is cost effective and doesn’t price you out of being competitive.
Absolutely 💯 incorrect 😤 🙄 😒
You can just hold it and use phosphorus screws, that's what I had to do to replace my old motor ceiling but to be fair I have learned my DIY by myself and never had money for the good gear only cheap tools. Nice work though lovely and flush
Lovely work 👏 fair play to you.
Thanks for the video its a great help
It is a nice change on things but what do they do with a fireplace pit and no way to vent the smoke? Especially now that the building has proper insulation and is sealed?
Did you know a man from Salisbury has just spent 15 years trying to re establish the largest flying native bird to Salisbury plain, its called a Grest Bustard. They had completely disappeared from UK.
Good on him 👍🏻 I’m happy to share the space with them
Perry looks like he’s done plastering before!😂
Once or twice
The nightmare kitchen! Looks fab now though! Great job Perry!
